Today I want to share you how to create fantasy dreamlike photo manipulation with glow effect in photoshop. using distort zig-zag filter to make water effect and use some blending mode to add glow effect. with the peaceful moody and dreamlike concept.I think this work is quite interesting and you have to try it.
